1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. During checkout, you will be able to select from the available shipping methods based on your location and urgency of delivery. Our current shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days)
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before making your payment.
4. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD before TAX. This offer is valid for orders shipped within Canada. Exclusions apply: some discounts / promotional offers can not be combined. If the shipping cost exceeds $25, the customer will be responsible for $10 of the shipping cost, and we will cover the remaining amount.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or the courier's website.
6. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional charges before placing your order.
7. Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities. We reserve the right to cancel orders for restricted items or destinations that we are unable to ship to.
8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
10. Shipping Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
